Cate really demonstrates her struggles with Alopecia and other events that have impacted her life. I was recently diagnosed with an auto-immune disease and am going to start implementing her 3-step plan. Cate’s depth, outlook on life, and bravery really allow the reader to understand her life and the struggles of those of us with auto-immune diseases. I look forward to feeling better with her plan and appreciate everything that this booklet has to offer!

This was such a great find! I’ve struggled with my own diagnosis and have found a lot of conflicting information out there. I’ve been trying to live more naturally and wanted to look more into the holistic methods for living with alopecia. Spoth’s book did a good job of synthesizing the information out there and suggesting ways to heal based on the research. I would definitely recommend this as a quick reference guide for anyone struggling with this ailment.
