Can colour dilution alopecia occur in a blk/tan doberman?

Issue by The B Barn: Can color dilution alopecia occur in a blk/tan doberman? My canine is almost three several years old and has all the signs of coloration dilution alopecia but she is a black and tan not a blue or fawn. Can she have it? She has been to the vet. No mange and the vet doesn’t assume its thyroid dependent on her physical appearance. She does have a tan/brown undercoat over most of her entire body that is only intended to be permitted around the neck area. Finest solution: Answer by TKSNo, she should be a dilute to have it, but she could have mange, as are thyroid difficulties. They are widespread in Dobermans as are coat troubles in common.
