Issue by Aum: Are the hair relaxers employed in salons protected?
I have an appointment for a hair relaxer therapy. And the expert at the salon stated it was mild and it would not trigger harm to my hair. Is it safe? I presently have some hair loss. So I am worried.

If it is done right it will be fine. do not scratch your head before though.
they are safe to use on HEALTHY hair. if your hair is not in good shape you should wait till it is. and it you have hair loss already(you didnt say why) i would say its a bad idea. get your hair healty and then get it done.
