Query by me: Are there any hair masks or anything at all that is Proven to increase hair more quickly?
i have shoulder size hair and have not reduce it in a 12 months and it has developed to much assist?

Go on Pinterest and look at the moisturizing hair masks. Anything that moistizers your hair will help it grow longer. Dry/damaged hair doesn’t grow long because it breaks off. Michelle Phan has good YouTube videos. Or just search hair masks on YouTube or google.
Just remember hair can’t grow faster if it keeps breaking off at the ends so get regular trims! Also from personal experience, when I started to NOT wash my hair as often, I swear that made a huge difference
