everytime she places her hands by means of her hair she will get tons of hair.what could that be. She is obtaining scared and thinks something poor is really wrong. she is only 19.

It might just be relevant to stress, or if she places her hair up often, putting it in a hair tie for awhile can loosen hair as well!
