This has everything your hair needs. It takes a few months for you to notice anything, but my hair is definitely growing faster and fuller. I also use a copper peptide cream for the scalp (Folligen) and the combination of the 2 work for me.

Delivery for this product was fast and I had no problems. I noticed an improvement in my hair within a few days of taking it. After about one month I went to see my hairdresser for a trim and she commented that my hair looked a lot thicker, healthier and shinier than it did before. It works great!
