has anyone taken any nutritional vitamins for hair loss that is worked? If so what brand name and does? Biotin? and many others…
my hair has been shedding far more than common, and I want to consider a supplement to see if it aids ( I use natural shampoo/conditioner, and I take in loads of veggies/fish oil/ etc, and i never fashion my hair much only blow dry on great)
