Does any individual know what vitamins especially promote healthy hair? I suffer from hair reduction/breakage because I misplaced alot of fat and I need to have a remedy! I presently use higher stop conditioner and it is helping a little bit, I just didnt know if there are a handful of nutritional vitamins I can be taking to assist.

Knox gelatin, awful stuff but great for hair and nails. Also practically nothing will get our hair developing like prenatal vitamins. I would go to your local privately owned well being foodstuff shop to get some tips.
