use mane and tail shampoo and conditioner (it was at first for horses but it created there hair so beautiful they made 1 for people also use a shampoo and conditioner for hair strength)
-moisturize your hair
-do not use heat goods but if you do use a heat safeguard-ant
-reduce split ends.
-be mild to your hair and tie it up at night wrap it i failed to say ponytail so it isn’t going to split off
-consider nutritional vitamins
