How can I get long hair pretty fast?

Question by Jessica: How can I get long hair pretty rapidly?
I recently started out washing my hair with chilly drinking water, adding oil to it 2 times a week, not making use of any warmth goods and if I did, I would just hair dry my bangs. The shampoo I use is TREsemme together with its conditioner.

Are there any recommendations on what else I should do to make my hair expand extended quickly? Suggestions? And how extended does it get? I know it takes quite lengthy but how prolonged just?

Reduce it as little as feasible about every single month, chopping it can make it increase more time. Just an inch is great, and then it grows a number of much more during the thirty day period.

There are more hair oil on the shelf now, than 30-40 years ago, and it’s because it is a billion dollar business! There are more hair loss now, too, than 30-40 years ago!

There are many hair oil brand out there, man-made oil, none is better than the other. It can very well even harm your hair, even causes hair loss, since you don’t know exactly what kind of oil they say it is. In the lab, they add other ingredients that can prevent from spoiling.
Read the labels if they state that it contains like for fish oil supplements: “one or more of the following: Cod, English Whiting, Shark.”

It does NOT make hair grow, it does not make hair thicker, it does help keep the hair moisturized, until you wash them again, that’s about all it does, they’re not glue to fix split ends, prevent, or reverse the damaged hair. Anything else they say on the label, it is to attract your attention. It is a billion dollar business and they do not give money back guarantee for damaged hair or hair loss due to ‘abuse’.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Maharashtra is ready to go on record saying that most manufacturers in the Rs 3,000-crore Indian cosmetics industry are rampantly misleading consumers with tall claims. This affliction goes beyond hair oils. FDA has found that from face creams to soaps and other items of personal care, cosmetics companies are taking the general public for a ride. The industry, of course, sees the whole issue differently.

If you’re healthy, & very active, your nails are growing, your hair should be growing RIGHT NOW.

Babies can do that, by drinking their milk. . . . so can you, so can any of us without any help. From your: good genes, good hair care and all the healthy foods from Mother Nature, that’s where you get all your vitamins & minerals for growing from head to toes. Shampoos are meant for cleaning the hair, not for growing.

If you’ve straightened your hair in the past, it may grow slowly or none at all.
Google: “Foods for Healthy Hair” – Your hair may be the fastest-growing tissue in the body but, unlike the skin, it cannot repair itself. That is why getting the right balance of vitamins and proteins is imperative. Don’t expect to look like you’ve stepped out of a hair commercial the day after you’ve changed your diet. It is likely to take at least three months before you actually see tangible results. Hair is dead, but hair also has electrical energy; the negative charge of damaged hair can lead to flyways and unruly hair.

Growing healthy hair doesn’t come from a bottle or pills and hair products do not speed hair growth. Any hair oil, is another form to keep hair moisturized, nothing more. If you’re in HS, your hair & nails should be growing normally, and as healthily as possible, since you’re eating healthy foods. But when hair isn’t growing as fast, it’s because they’ve been tampered with: chemicals, hair straightening, etc. . .

Cutting your split ends yourself, spend 5-10 mins. on a sunny day so you can easily spot them, using a 2″ scissors, cut strand by strand, section by section, allowing new growth to take over. Then 2x a year, get a good hair cut. This won’t speed things up, but it will make the hair look healthier while it’s growing. Even healthy hair like mine get them, due to normal brushing & styling. Hormonal changes can have a big effect on hair.

Remember: The hair industry is a billion dollar business, they sell products that cleans & condition the hair. They also sell products that damage and causes hair loss. They also DO NOT give money back guarantee for damaged hair or hair loss due to ‘abuse’. Mechanical, chemical, or thermal styling. Hair straighteners and relaxers top the hair products pose the greatest risks. Hair relaxers, related products marketed heavily to African-American women, are dangerous because they may contain powerful chemicals such as lye, a toxic substance also used in drain cleaners.

Man-made products & supplements can do more harm than good.
Beginning in February 2008, they experienced one symptom after another: diarrhea, joint pain, HAIR LOSS, lung problems, and fingernails and toenails that fell off. FDA has received numerous reports of harm associated with the use of these products, including stroke, liver injury, kidney failure, heart palpitations, and death. 3-15-11.

My hair grew 3/4″ in 29 days. How I know? I had a feather extension before my birthday, it was braided, from the roots that’s how long it had grown.

  2. you should start taking vitamins.
i recently started eating almonds and it helped alot.. i guess i needed more protein.
i also heard if you massage your head it helps blood flow and helps your hair grow. i dont know if that works but just try it, it doesn’t hurt to try.

  3. Dove damage therapy, Intensive repair shampoo and conditioner. I am over 50, double process my hair blonde. Needless to say my long hair was always out of control until I started using this product.
TREsemme dried my hair out. The Dove improved the condition of my hair with just one use. I don’t need trims as often because I have less split ends.

Cutting it will not make it longer, but getting a trim to keep split ends at bay will help keep it healthy looking. Brushing it often and massaging your scalp will bring more blood flow encouraging growth.
