Query by Jaylene Botero: How can i make my hair grow lengthier quicker and get it silky, shiney and delicate?
My hair is up to my again and its wavy and extremely thick but i want it back again to the way it employed to be ahead of i had it lower (it was up to my butt). I dont have split ends, i dont straighten, blowdry or curl my hair. Also, how do i get it a lot more gentle, silky, and shiney?? Thanks in progress :o)

Preserve carrying out what you’re carrying out, and have your stylist slender it out a bit. The excess weight of your hair when it was extended was weighing the curls down. Don’t clean your hair every working day, and rinse your hair in cold water. Like, as chilly as you can stand.
What do you consider? Solution underneath!
I’m guessing that your one of those people that use to have straight silky hair, but got a haircut and it grew out its thick and wavy and now you regretted it?
Well there isn’t really anything you can do make it naturally permanently straight again, except a straight perm of course.
However you could try moisturizing conditioners designed for damaged/dry hair or frizzy hair and that will calm down some of the frizz. Don’t pile your hair on top of your head when you shampoo and rinse your conditioner out with cold water. In the morning spray water on it and smooth it out with a towel. Other then that, there is only straightening with a straightener.
You gotta learn to accept that your hair will probably never be the same again, it might be hard but I got use to it.
Hope this helped 🙂
It USED to go down to your butt. So you already know how to make your hair healthy and it was growing. Bonus for you! I’ve responded with so many hair loss, hair not growing, or damaged hair and you’re not one of them. Continue doing what you’ve been doing, and changing that, will only make matters worst.
But to get them silky, shiny & soft: Washing less often, builds the natural oil your hair needs, to get them smoother, shinier, silkier, softer. Man-made products are just temporary, until you wash them again, and at the same time washing off the natural oil your hair NEEDS. Hair products just absorb on your hair if they’re dry, like a sponge.
Google: “Foods for Healthy Hair” – Your hair may be the fastest-growing tissue in the body but, unlike the skin, it cannot repair itself. That is why getting the right balance of vitamins and proteins is imperative. Don’t expect to look like you’ve stepped out of a hair commercial the day after you’ve changed your diet. It is likely to take at least three months before you actually see tangible results.
Growing healthy hair doesn’t come from a bottle or pills and hair products do not speed hair growth. Any hair oil, is another form to keep hair moisturized, nothing more. If you’re in HS, your hair & nails should be growing normally, and as healthily as possible, since you’re eating healthy foods. But when hair isn’t growing as fast, it’s because they’ve been tampered with: chemicals, hair straightening, etc. . .
There are many natural foods that are good for growing and maintaining healthy hair. These include foods such as salmon, dark green vegetables, carrots, whole grains, beans, nuts, and some others. You can try adding some of these types of foods you are not allergic to, to your regular diet and you may start to see an increase in your hair growth and the healthiness of your hair. There are hair products that claim to help in these cases, but I’m not sure how effective they are. You may want to test out natural or organic hair products that don’t have harsh ingredients that could be damaging to your health.
