How do I stop losing so a lot hair?

Question by moltenchoccake: How do I stop losing so much hair?
I’m 21 several years of age.. and have been enduring hair reduction for the previous few months. Every single time i shampoo my hair, about ten-20 strands of hair will drop on every hand. My hair is naturally oily.. i have never ever seasoned this kind of bad hair loss till not too long ago. Could deficiency of slumber be one of its causes? How can i cease my hair from dropping?

  1. Lack of sleep, low iron, anemia. Those are all causes. If your hair is falling out because something is wrong you can’t stop it. If you havent changed your routine then there is no reason for it to be falling out…go to a doctor.

try to use alpecin or any coffein-shampoo. they are claimed to help.
and do not stress yourself, do not stress your hair, basically dont do anything which harms your health including drinking a lot, smoking etc.
and use good shampoo, not a 1,50$ substance

  3. it’s normal to lose more hair in late summer-autumn.
However, I would go see a doctor and have some blood tests as well. You might be lacking some minerals and also you might want to exclude certain conditions associated with hair loss.

Stress can cause rapid hair loss unrelated to male pattern baldness … You could try a pill called Propecia to stop the loss if it is not genetic. Rogaine is another option but more for helping men who are losing hair naturally in the back of the head.

“A number of things can cause excessive hair loss. For example, about 3 or 4 months after an illness or a major surgery, you may suddenly lose a large amount of hair. This hair loss is related to the stress of the illness and is temporary.

Hormonal problems may cause hair loss. If your thyroid gland is overactive or underactive, your hair may fall out. This hair loss usually can be helped by treatment thyroid disease. Hair loss may occur if male or female hormones, known as androgens and estrogens, are out of balance. Correcting the hormone imbalance may stop your hair loss.”

  5. You could try prospecia or rogaine. They will not help you recover what you have lost but they will help you maintain what you have left.

Also it is important to have a healthy lifestyle. Eat clean, get regular exercise, and a good night’s sleep. A healthy body is a healthy head of hair.

Try and avoid stressing about it. Stress certainly doesn’t help.

Try and have colder showers. Cold water helps close the hair follicles and has been recommended to be fairly effective.

Get a good quality herbal shampoo from a pharmacy and look after your hair. Get something organic

If your hairloss becomes too evident I suggest cutting your hair short. It will be harder to notice and will look better on you.

    Hope I have been helpful.
