Hey hello, I utilised to shampoo my hair each day without having noticing that it will destroy my hair.
Presently, on days that I do not shampoo and condition my hair, my hair will grow to be dry and tough.
I am only 17 several years old and I do not want to lose my hair T.T

trim your hair often and its not bad to shampoo everyday its bad to condition everyday. its only bad if you have greasy hair to shampoo
