I am gettin a work where I have to wear a hat for the hole shift. What can I do to avert hair reduction even though Im sporting my hat ? Any meds or anything I can place on my head whilst wearing a hat ? Or spray heat tammer on my hair before putting hat on Aid

No issue expensive. Hat shield ur head from different factors. So will not get worried.

Hi Josh,
You shouldn’t have to worry much because the old story of wearing a hat too much causing hair loss is a myth; it’s gained traction over the years but scientifically there is no direct, proven correlation between the two.
