Thanks for your story. I also have alopecia areata. I wanted to share an
article with you and the rest of the alopecia community. Maybe get your
take on it. It says that if you fast for 72, your body creates a brand new
immune system. It “kicks in” the stem cells in your body. Here it is:
    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/10878625/Fasting-for-three-days-can-regenerate-entire-immune-system-study-finds.html They
say it helps people with damaged immune systems. I’m thinking about trying
it. But 72 hours is freaking long. Any thoughts?

I ask a lot because I wish to achieve a lot, and I thank you for taking
your time and posting informational videos, giving those and the same shoes
as you inspiration and encourage, anyone in our shoes wants to achieve hair
regrowth… maybe my questions here today can help some one els down the
road, there are many visual learners nationwide looking for guidance.

A new information I just learned is iodine a lot of times plays a role in
alopecia areata, mostly when supplementing, or iron levels could be low
    naturally

Were you going through a stressful situation in your life when it started,
I’ve been going through a lot of adversity, Did you take any supplements to
help improve your health, or maybe change your eating hobbits, and are you
    still battling alopecia?

I had terrible eating habits such as fast food, crushing bags of donuts,
and chips stuff like that. I work nights so my sleeping schedule is all
over the place, The past three years of my life I’ve been extremely
stressful, way too much to go into, but from the research I’ve done I think
those 3 things could play a key role n my alopecia,

I have yet to have any type of test done or have even seen in immuneologist
or dermatologist.. So I’m curious if I have and thyroid issue, overall
health issue, blood count issue , or maybe a serotonin and dopamine issue.
I still have a lot to learn,

It’s hard not to be stressed with everything I’m going through still, and
now I have a bald spot on my head , and I noticed a small spot on my facial
hair is not growing in as well

I was suffering from alopecia areata. After only three months of using
Argan Rain product with pure argan oil , I saw the clear evidence that
hair is growing. This is a miracle for me.

I have alopecia mono areata, 1 spot on the top of my scalp has been there
for months I did not notice it for a while I thought people were talking
about a scar on my head, but anyways I’m interested in the research on how
much it cost for dermatologist visit and steroid injection applications and
what different things to do and what they cost, I don’t have much money
