because i lose daily, is it attainable to “run out” of hair?

It is dependent. If you are ill that means canver, then sure you can get rid of all your hair but at some point it will develop back following treatment. Just standard each day shedding, I feel the hair grows back. I shed each day and I will not see a thinning dilemma. 🙂
