  1. 1. You need to see a doctor if you feel that not eating is a good way to go in loosing weight. If you’re 5’2″ and 91 pounds, you are at least at a healthy weight, if not a little bit under.
    2. No, eating is the only way you can avoid the effects of anorexia (which is what you’re doing).
    3. If you want to FEEL healthier, eat lots of fruits and veggies, and makes sure to get exercise. If you do too little of each, it will have the same effect on your health as if you did none.

  2. tablets only have a little fraction of the vitamins your suppose to have a day. and why are you starving yourself , you are severely underweight and i think you are suffering from an eating disorder. please get help before it’s too late to undo the damage being done.

    No matter how many tablets you shove down your throat, there is NO true substitution for food. What on EARTH is wrong with you? You obviously have a very serious eating disorder if you think THIS is the only way to go about losing weight. If you think you look ‘gross’ you should be EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISING – that’s the only way to make your body slim and toned, and your skin and hair healthy and glowing. Starving yourself will do the complete opposite. Keep this up any longer and you’re going to look even more ‘gross’.

    Vitamins alone are not enough for you to be healthy and fit. Vitamins are a supplement to what your diet already is, and is an aid to the food you take already.
