I’ve got the typical receding hair line and some thinning on top, but nothing too bad yet considering my age. I find the product easy to use, I take all 3 vitamins at once around lunch time. Again, I haven’t seen anything amazing yet, but I do get the feeling my hair is healthier since I started using this product.

I have completed 90 days of using Provaxa. I’m not sure what to think. My hair still sheds the same way it did before I started using it. At around the 3-4 week mark (and after my initial conversation with Lois), I switched to a Biotin shampoo because I was told this is what was necessary to achieve results. I went with the Mill Creek Biotin shampoo because it seemed to be the most natural and was recommended. I wish I could say that I have seen amazing results – any kind of results, really. But I’m just not seeing anything that tells me that I have made any progress. I don’t believe anything has gotten worse, but I don’t see any real improvement. As stated in my initial review, I still have a good amount of hair (although it is thinning and receding a bit), so I was very optimistic going in that I would see noticeable improvements. However…I’m just not sure. To be fair, I’m not saying this absolutely doesn’t work – I am saying I don’t see any NOTICEABLE results.
I’m debating on giving it another month to see if maybe I am one of the cases that needs a little bit longer. I’m not the reviewing type, but I certainly read reviews and I understand the difficulty in trying to purchase something when you don’t know anything about it – especially products that are a bit on the expensive side, and that promise to help out with such a frustrating situation like this. I just wanted to give people on the fence about this product my experience with it.
