If anyone has had or knows somebody who has had Alopecia Arieta that did a treatment which was succesful then please give me some info.!!!!! Thank You

1. Washing head with Nizoral shampoo (antifungal), alternate days first then reducing to biweekly/weekly.
2. Cortisone injections in the affected area.
3. Minoxidil topical.
