I’m a sixteen year aged boy who has difficulties with his hair. My hair fell several years in the past and now I have hair, but only patches of it and very quite short. I have noticed anywhere that horse shampoo could support the hair to grow more quickly, is it correct?
Btw my prognosis is alopecia areata

Properly….horses are susceptible to alopecia, but I do not know that making use of horse shampoo would help you….
With alopecia, you can either wait it out, or I know that there are equally topical and injectable steriods that will help your hair to develop. I advise speaking to your medical doctor.
