I want to know which kinds of ingredients are most often used in shampoos for people that want their hair to grow back, faster and healthier.
If there’s any shampoo that yourecommendd please write it down in your answer.
Is it possible for hair to grow back in spots where there’s no hair anymore?

Not sure if it works, but heard mane tail and body is supposed to help make it more full. Not sure about regrowing though.

Presciption shampoos have chemicals I don’t recommend. Read the lables if it has chemicals such as Minoxidil, or Propecia etc. I wouldn’t use them. The best I know of out there is Saw Palmetto especially when other good vitamines and minerals are added such as zinc. Yes you can possibly grow some hair back.
