i want to take care of might hair , i handed by means of pregnancy and i had it a couple of instances permanent, and my hair is now so thin and so mild ,

how is your hair thinning, is it breaking from the roots or just breaking off, if it is just breaking off then your hair is really broken from the perms, if it is breaking from the roots then i propose go to a medical professional and maybe get some cream for hair reduction.

well you may have Alopecia Post- Pregancy, it happens to a lot of women, you can try a topical dinoximyl treatment they sell over the counter such as Rogaine, which is avaliable in a womens version, if this does not resolve it you may have Alopecia Areata, in that case you may have to go to a dermatologist, and he will treat it with some cortisone injections and will prescribe you Betamethasone Valerate Lotion, or at least thats what i was prescribed.
