What is the ideal hair products, shampoos, and Vitamins for hair loss?

Question by Rakia H: What is the greatest hair products, shampoos, and Nutritional vitamins for hair reduction?
My hair is falling a good deal, and I do not know what to use, be sure to help me.

i have the same problem
i acquired some shampoo and conditioner that contained chlie…it was a mexican solution.
also vitamin b12 is very good for hair.
get prenative drugs

  2. It is normal to lose a certain number of hairs daily. If you are losing so much hair that your hair is getting thinner, probably you should see a dermatologist. Although there are a few conditions that can result in hair loss (like certain prescription drugs, malnutrition, or excessively tight braids), hair loss is mostly genetic. Vitamins and topically-applied products are a waste of money for hair loss. If you are so malnourished that you are losing your hair, you need to fix your diet, not take vitamins.

  3. don’t use petroleum based or mineral oil based hair products because they make your hair fall out. buy an intense moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, perhaps pantene pro-v for relaxed and natural hair.
    And you should try Motions haircare products and Dr.Miracles.
    Also massaging your scalp helps your hair grow and limit use of heat on hair cause it causes breakage. And don’t use ponytails with metal on them because they tear your hair. Sleep with a satin pillow case because cotton ones suck the oil out of your hair and makes your hair dry.
