Question by Levi: What should i do to stop my hair decline?
im 14 guy. im noticing some hair loss and wonder what i can do to avoid it. Consider a new shampoo for hair decline? Clean hair each and every other day with shampoo? what else can i do ?

Castor Oil.
Use amla powder/ hibiscus powder to make a paste and apply it on hair, leave it on for an hour and wash it. This, you can do every other week. Drink lots of water, take vitamin supplements. Oil your hair every night before you sleep.. This should help.
