There are oil drops that you can put in you hair before you wash it.. all hair types are different but im sure you can find plenty of OXYGENATING TREATMENT I believe you can find them under this name UNA Roland
I’ve heard Mane N’ Tail shampoo/conditioner works.
Biotin or Fish Oil vitamins.. I use Biotin and I think it works, plus my hair seems much healthier.
Less heat and not dying hair often helps too.
